    Can I add to the reference by group, not by user?
    (Ex. person1@zendesk.com personal addition to the reference is possible.
    Can zendesk@zendesk.com group be added to reference?)

    Hey there,

    Group emails are not supported at this time, however, you should be able to add those as a CC to a ticket. You'll want to keep in mind that if any issues occur we will be limited on what we can assist with on our end.
