      What API can we use to retrieve the Quick Answer result section for KB search?

      our customer wants to create the ZD tickets from their ServiceNow solution - which API endpoint they should use to pass the data (matching our preset ticket form)?

      How can we obtain a report “Agent updates” via API, and what do we need to do to achieve it?

      The report includes the following fields:

      • Updater name
      • Updates
      • Comments
      • Public comments
      • Internal comments
      • Tickets updated
      • Tickets solved
      • Tickets created

      This endpoint GET /api/v2/help_center/{locale}/articles/{article_id} does not have it's own endpoint limit. This will fall under the rate limit of your plan. Please refer to this link for more information.

      I'm trying to figure out rate limits for using the Help Center API.  I want to use an API to get article content from the Help Center.  GET /api/v2/help_center/{locale}/articles/{article_id}

       

      I've looked https://developer.zendesk.com/api-reference/introduction/rate-limits/#endpoint-rate-limits  and https://developer.zendesk.com/api-reference/introduction/rate-limits/#zendesk-support-plan-limits.

       

      Can you let me know what the rate limit is for this API?

      Please tell me about API response items.
      In the item when listing with the search API
      There are items called custom_fields and fields, and the same ID etc. are included.
      Is there any difference between these two columns?
