The Sell performance dashboard provides you with a set of widgets that you can use to monitor sales performance goals, deal activity and outcomes, and other pipeline management tasks.
For a quick overview of the Performance Dashboard, watch this video:
The Performance Dashboard is visible to and can be customized by all Sell users. Each Sell user has their own view of the Performance Dashboard.
You access the Performance Dashboard by clicking the Dashboard icon in Sell.
Performance Dashboard widgets
The dashboard contains a set of widgets (10 in total, depending on which version of Sell you have) that you can remove, add, and reorganize. You can think of a widget as a quick summary that links to more detail. For example, the Revenue widget shows you the total revenue in a given time period. Click the widget and you’ll see a detailed report that you can modify by setting a different timeframe, selecting to deal values or deal volumes, and applying filters such as Owner, Team, Pipeline, and Deal Source. Any custom fields you created are also available as filters.
By default, the Revenue widget shows the revenue for the entire Sell account, but it can be personalized by applying the Owner filter and selecting yourself, which means that the widget only shows the summary of revenue for you. Likewise, the Tasks widget shows your tasks and the Appointments widget shows your appointments. Clicking either widget takes you to those pages for more details.
Each Sell user has their own version of the Performance Dashboard and all of the widgets available to each user are accessed by clicking the My Dashboard tab.
Here’s a brief description of each widget with a link to more detailed information:
