Hello, I sent a bulk email to some of my customers.  When the emails were finished being sent, some of them were not sent but "processed".   What does this mean? (Screenshot below.)

When I click on the "compose new email" link it takes me a the Communication Center email composer but the recipient field is blank.  How do I identify the customers that were not sent the email?
