    Hi,

    I'm getting a page does not exist message when trying to access ticket urls and the link to login as an agent or as a customer to zendesk. This was working until a about 30 minutes ago.

    I'm also getting as access denied message when trying to access the zendesk account url that I received 

    Would be great to get help in this one

    Marine- can you send a ticket for us as well? We can't sign in to help.ihealthagents.com using SSO or regular login credentials.

    Hi,

    I tried to reset one of the customer accounts and am now getting the same page does not exist (as customer) and access denied (when accessing as agent or admin)

    I am trying to login to my account https://gotechark.zendesk.com and I am getting the same error that the page doesn't exist.

    Hello, I am unable to connect through Patreon, through Gmail. When I use agent, it just load error and go back to ask for email and password, and when I use my email, and password, which is correct, I tried just now login to Patreon, it worked, but through zendesk it says incorrect password, also not receiving reset email....

    Are you experiencing issues logging into Zendesk outside of the Patreon integration? Are you using Support or Chat? Any additional information you can provide may help us point you in the right direction.

    Hello Everyone, 

     Hope someone can assist me on the issue which our agents are facing frequenetly,when the agents are trying to logging into Zendesk Support through Google SSO. After multiple attempts, our agents were able to access to Zendesk support portal.

    Below is the screenshot of the error.

    I cannot log into my account. This has happened repeatedly to me and my colleagues that we are randomly thrown out of zendesk and then cannot log in again.

    As a side note, a public forum is not an effective way to provide support

    This is very annoying! I can't access my account for days now!! And no one bothers to help. 

    This is what I see when trying to access my account. I have tried safari and chrome and cleared cache and cookies as well. I allowed all cookies on chrome and tried incognito windows as well. Apparently agents only know how to advice to clear cache!

    I have reintegrated my whole support system according to zendesk and this is really slowing my company down. 

    PLEASE help me on this one.
