URGENT: Despite following the suggested resolution steps, this error still occurs when updating the credit card details in our account.

Our account faces suspension/closure according to your automated notifications if the payment cannot be processed within the next 7 days. Previous attempts to reach your support remain unanswered for weeks and months. Please ask someone to get back to me immediately on this and/or extend the cancelation deadline for our account so this can be resolved.

Thanks for taking the time to share this with us and sorry that this error keeps ocurring when you attempt to update your billing information. I see you have a ticket open with our Finance team and they followed up earlier this morning requestiong more information.
 
I'd recommend following up with them in that email and they will be able to assist further.
