I want to check on a ticket I logged when I contacted Zendesk Customer Support, but my agent credentials don't work. Do I need to use different credentials here?
Signing in to the Zendesk Support Customer portal, to view your tickets from within this help center requires different credentials than what you might normally use to log into your own Zendesk Support account.
If you are an agent or administrator on any Zendesk account, you are automatically registered on the Zendesk help center but may not have a password set up yet. To set up your password, click here.
