The Customer page in Zendesk Support provides a focused place to see and manage all of your end users.
Accessing the Customers page
The Customers page is in Zendesk Support.
- In Support, click the Customers icon () in the sidebar.
About the Customers page
The Customers page is the place to see all of your end users in one place. From this page, you can view, add, and manage existing end users. You can also use the search bar at the top of the page to search the list by an end user's name or other identifiable information in their profile, like email address. Adding new end users is done from the top toolbar in Support.
