Why am I redirected to the subscription page when I try to access Chat through the Zendesk Products icon ()?

If you created your account after February 1st, 2021, and you are being redirected to the billing page when trying to access your Chat account through the Zendesk Products icon, that means that you do not have Chat enabled on your own profile.
