Is it possible to especify the form when creating a ticket via the passControll API of Sunshine? I tried various alternatives but it doesnt work and it always creates the ticket in the standard form.

Hi Otavio, thanks for writing in, and apologies for taking too long to respond. But we are glad that this has been solved after submitting a ticket conversation to support.

And for everyone's reference about the question above, we cannot set a ticket form value through passControl. Typically, we recommend using Support Trigger to set a ticket form upon the ticket creation. Thank you!
