How do I export my data and reports from Analytics, Support, Sales, Knowledge, or Chat?

Exports are available for each individual product. Select an option from the list below to learn how to export data from the product you use:

  • Support
  • Analytics
  • Sales
  • Knowledge
  • Chat

Export data from Support

To export data directly from the Support product, choose your preferred option from this article: Exporting ticket, user, or organizational data from your account.

Verify your plan against these requirements. If your plan allows exports, yet you do not see the Reports option, contact Zendesk Customer Support to request the feature.

    Note: The ability to export data to a JSON, CSV, or XML file is available to admins on the account and agents with a custom role that has export permissions.
