How can I show the name / label of the datapoint in the pie chart? Like showing the datatip for each segment permanently?
As soon as I need to show the data in a slide deck or similar, I can't use the datatip function to show more detail. And the legend is often too small and the colors are too similar to have a self-explanatory chart.

Currently I need to export to Excel and go from there. This seems like a really bad detour...

Thanks for your help.

Hi Kai,

Are you pertaining to this kind of format?

If yes, you can just remove the legend by going to Chat configuration > Displayed Values > Deselect "Display color legend".

Hope this helps!

Thanks for the help! Works.

Nice would be to have both options - the color legend + the callout text.
Best in the same way I can configure the mouseover datatips.

Hi Team

We customized the pie chat colors from the Colors section, however it is not being picked in the chat legend. The Legend shows different colors. Is there a way to correct this?

Hi Nikita,

I have created a ticket for you to look into this further. Please wait for my email and let's continue from there.

I am trying to figure out how to display the percentage of tickets with a certain tag. But everytime I select this individual tag, it just shows this tag as 100%.

It works when I add "ticket tag" as attribute, but as soon as I select an individual tag (for example "united_states") it adjusts the circle so, that this tag is used as 100%.

Is it possible to change the name of the label. For example in the first chart change the names of Task, Problem, Incident and Question. I am able to do this in the color legend but not when i disable the color legend and try to make changes to the names in the chart itself.

Hi Nicole,
To change the attribute labels in your pie chart, you could create a renamed set. You can do this by clicking on Calculations > Renamed Set and selecting your attribute under 'Computed from'. Enter the new name for each attribute value on the right. Replace the existing attribute with the new (renamed set) attribute in your report.
I hope this helps!

Is it possible for "Column"  Visualization Type to assign different colors per value? For example, I want to compare number of tickets for Service and Incidents per month. But upon using this Column Vis Type, it only shows 1 color for both Service and Incident counts. I wanted to show all Service with color blue, then Incidents would be red. Is it possible? It is showing me 1 selection of color only, based on SLA tickets metric. I can do it on other Visualization type.
