Hi - could you please add a section for Developer Docs? Specifically, we are having trouble understanding whether the Live Chat Incremental Export APIs also work for Messaging. Thank you!

The Live Chat Incremental Export APIs is only for live chats, and for any other channels where ticket are created in support, you will need to use the Core Incremental Export.
