How do I cancel my Zendesk account? Can Zendesk cancel my account for me?
Answer
Agents cannot cancel a Support account. Only the account owner can cancel the account.
Warning: Account cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle. This will give you time to migrate data or tie up any loose ends. When your account is canceled, you cannot use this Zendesk account or access account data.
To cancel your account
- Click the Zendesk Products icon (
) in the top bar, then click Admin Center.
- Click Account icon in the sidebar, then select Billing > Subscription.
