If you're new to Zendesk Support and want a quick overview of what it's all about, this getting started tutorial is for you. We'll introduce the core concepts of Support and then get you on your way to configuring it and going live.
This is a fairly quick read for you and we've thrown in some videos along the way. There are also optional step-by-step tasks that you can do in your own Zendesk Support account as you follow along with these lessons.

The owner listed is no longer with the orginzation and we need to change this person as the onwer to my self the Vice President and General Manager . How can we do this . Look forward to your resposnes ! Dave Plumley

But in your case, because the current owner has left the company, you should take a look at the note at the end of the “Finding the account owner” section in that article.
