How can I find all of the comments, good and bad, per agent? I'd like to include these comments in agent performance evaluations.  Thank you!

Hi Alison Gibbons,
 
Good day! You can view details about your CSAT (customer satisfaction) surveys on the Satisfaction tab of the Zendesk Support dashboard included with all versions of Zendesk Explore. 
 
Although this does not have specific comments included, You can create views to track all the tickets with satisfaction ratings.
