Whenever a chat ends, I receive an emailed transcript to my agent email. How can I stop these emails? 

Answer

You can stop chat transcripts from being automatically sent to your agent email by disabling the email piping setting within the Chat dashboard.

To disable email piping

  1. In the Chat dashboard, select Settings > Account > Email Piping.
  2. Toggle the setting Off. 
  3. Click Save changes.
