Question
Can I report on the number of tickets with attachments in Explore?
Answer
No, there isn't a metric or attribute in Explore that captures ticket attachment data.
You can download ticket attachments for individual tickets, or perform a JSON ticket export that includes ticket attachment links. For more information, see the article: How can I download all attachments in a ticket?

There's currently no native way to report on the number of tickets with attachments in Explore. Additionally, you could export a JSON file with all your tickets and work on your report. This file includes links to the attachments of the tickets. We have more information in the following guide here.
For better visibility to our Product team, would you mind posting to our Feedback - Reporting and analytics (Explore) topic using this template to format your input? That will give our product team more information about your needs, and allow others to upvote and add their own use cases. Thanks!

I agree that this would be a very helpful feature. I want to report on how many tickets are resolved by sending an attachment to the requestor (one of customer support documents) and also WHICH particular documents are sent; ie, what are the most commonly requested documents, etc.
