Hi Dan,

There's currently no native way to report on the number of tickets with attachments in Explore. Additionally, you could export a JSON file with all your tickets and work on your report. This file includes links to the attachments of the tickets. We have more information in the following guide here

I agree that this would be a very helpful feature.  I want to report on how many tickets are resolved by sending an attachment to the requestor (one of customer support documents) and also WHICH particular documents are sent; ie, what are the most commonly requested documents, etc.
