Issue symptoms

When I use the Shopify for Zendesk integration, I see the error Failed to validate for sufficient access token scopes. Try again later.

Resolution steps

To resolve this issue, follow these steps: 

  1. Disconnect the affected Shopify storefront.

  2. Then, reconnect it.
Note: If the issue persists, reproduce the error and gather HAR logs. Then, contact Zendesk Customer Support to share the logs with them.
