Issue symptoms
When using the Shopify for Zendesk integration, I'm seeing this error: Failed to validate for sufficient access token scopes. Try again later.
Resolution steps
In order to resolve this issue, follow these steps:
- Disconnect the affected Shopify storefront from your Admin Center > Apps and integrations > Integrations > Integrations > click your storefront name > Disconnect.
- Then, reconnect it.
