Issue symptoms
From the Zendesk Support dashboard, I noticed data is missing from this month. I followed this path: Opened Zendesk Support > Satisfaction tab > Satisfaction score and rated tickets by month (12 months).
Resolution steps
This is expected, because those reports will start counting data once the month is completed.
To gather data from the current month, consider creating a custom report in Explore, or a custom ticket view in Support.
