Add a Flow Builder Dataset

Add a Flow Builder Dataset

Feature Request Summary:

It’s currently not possible to report on Flow Builder actions in Explore. I would like this dataset to be added.

Use Cases:

Turning on flow builder enables some answerbot features. However, without answerbot itself turned on, there is not a way to analyze the answerbot features in flow builder. It would also be helpful to analyze other aspects of the flow (which selections are chosen, how long users interact with flow builder before being transferred to an agent, etc.)

Business impact of limitation or missing feature:

This data gap has made it very difficult for us to determine how effective our flow is and where there may be problems.

Hi Brianne, Rafael and Leyanne, we have now released an initial Flow Builder dataset and dashboard in Explore. It is fairly simple to start with but we plan to expand the data available in the future. Let us know what you think!

We're also looking forward to this new dataset. This productboard card seems to target that specifically.

This is quite critical for us to understand how to evolve our existing Flow Builder setup and serve our customers the most relevant information.

I would also find this useful.

Thanks for the update, Daniel Aron!

We're already aligning based on data we've retrieved from the new dataset.

Looking forward to getting additional data there. Hopefully, data on:

  • Type of Flow Actions taken, including times the flow has been reset per instance.
  • Articles Opened out of those suggested
  • Within or outside business hours (set in the flow)
  • Requester information from their profile as attributes
  • Device metadata
  • Time spent between each interaction
  • Resulting ticket ID, when one is created.

Hi there,

I am exploring flow builder reporting in explore and I have a question. You can display "total users", "engaged with bot" and "transferred to agents", in a preferable time range.

My question is; is there a way to monitor where our "potential" customers come from by, for example, detecting their device that they are using? I am talking about the "total users" and the "users engaging with bot".

If there is not; would this be a feature you can implement in the near future?

Thank you,

Nicolo
