After a user starts a chat in messaging, they are never again forwarded to the bot triggers even if the ticket is closed. How can we enable this behavior?

Hi Carlton! Because of the way that messaging works, tickets need to be in a closed status before those triggers would run again. Could you take a look at this article and let us know if you're still having the issues after following those steps?
