Hello, Zendesk Community!
Through your responses to our survey on this website, we’ve heard from you that you’d like more video content to help you understand configuring, using, and making the most of Zendesk. We’d like to know how our existing videos are working for you—are they addressing the right topics? Are the explanations clear and easy to follow? Does the length and quality meet your expectations? Suggestions for future video topics are welcome.

Building API's and other useful tools would be great. For sure the standard user is really into the details, but the starting ones or even the admins of the departments using the support tool does not know how to set up things like this.

As a member of the department using the support tool and without any detailed background, we would like to see videos about inplementing API's etc..

Good point about the APIs, it would welcome a proper organized training for APIs in https://training.zendesk.com
Also, for Explore, I know that exist a course for that (with badge but not working certificate 😕) in Training, but is quite simple where the tools aren't. An “expert mode” to get an amazing report (an explorer can get it) would be welcome.
(Also, please, repair the certificate, we only get a blank page)

Hello Miguel Angel de Pablo ; thank you for your feedback! I have passed along your comment regarding issues with the certificate on the Zendesk Training site. Resolving this issue is a work in progress and should be fixed soon.

I love that Zendesk is breaking into video - as sometimes seeing something done is different than reading about something being done. A couple of things that I would love to see - a narration describing what's going on, and the option to add closed captioning. For extra credit, you could run it through an AI synthesizer and get instant video translation.
From a content perspective, I'd love to continue to see more 'best practice videos like this one. Keep up the great work!

Hello Brandon Tidd, Thank you so much for your feedback! I'll pass this along to my team as an opportunity to create video content related to "best practices." As of now, we are captioning videos in English and 8 other languages. We are working towards automating narration; keep an eye out for that in the future.
