I want to export ticket data from my account, but I can't find the option in Support. Where can I find the data export option?
If you are an admin, click the Admin icon () and then select Manage > Reports. For complete instructions, see the article: Exporting data to a JSON, CSV, or XML file (Professional and Enterprise).
Only customers who have the Support Professional or Enterprise plan have access to the export feature. Additionally, the Reports tab is only active after the owner of the account contacts our support team and asks to enable exports.
If you are an admin but unable to see this option even after requesting to enable it, have the owner of your account check if there are any restrictions under the Approved email domain field (see the article: Enabling and disabling data export).
