Where is the data export option?

    I am an Admin and owner of Zendesk Professional and this option is not available when I click on the Admin icon.

    Hey Stella,

    If this option is not showing up on your account then most likely we will need to enable this for you. I'm going to generate a ticket on your behalf so I can get some account information from you and enable this feature.

    I would love to see this export contain our setup.. triggers, macros, etc.

     

    Until such time as we can, however, it's great to see that https://developer.zendesk.com/requests/ allows use to perform basic exports of this data.

    Love ZenDesk, but why are we forced to request this feature to be enabled? Should it not be on already for the plans that support it? We have SLAs with some clients and need to be able to report the data back to the client for verification purposes.

    We had multiple accounts, and want a full data export of one of the old ones (including email content) but that doesn't seem to be an option.

     

    Will log a support ticket about it, but if there's a way to do this, please let me know.

    I own the admin account, but I can't find the export button on reports. Please tell me how can I export all of our data?

    It's SO frustrating that my team can search for ticket strings in Zendesk, but NOT export them to excel. As of today, excel is STILL the most commonly used data analytics tool!

    Why haven't you fix this?

    It seems this is a way to force Zendesk customers to purchase Explore. Unless the full version of Explore cannot export either (Does it?). Please put back the ability to export data. 

    You should also remove the articles referencing the former way to export, since it is not available any more.

    We have a request from end-users to have an option to Export their tickets (tickets of their Organization) to the CSV file.
    Currently, the export is available only for administrators/agents.

    When I am under the support tab --- settings gear --- manager there is no options to export data? Has this changed?
