we notice that when using the web widget with the answer bot it does not allow us to use text with multi line type under fields. we need this fixed so that we can prompt our the end using on the web widget to provide us a detailed explanation of their inquiry. Right now using the web widget/answer bot were confined to single text line.

Hi!
I am trying to edit the Zendesk Chat Widget header. In the header there is a hyphen indicating the back button. Is there a way to change this hyphen to "Back" or an "x"?
My client is requesting this hyphen be changed.
Thank you!
