How can a Zendesk Support trial be cancelled?
Answer
To cancel your Support trial, you can simply let the account expire. If no payment method was added during the trial period, the account is deleted 270 days after the trial expiration date.
If you want to cancel a trial before it expires and a payment method was added to the account during the trial period, let the account owner follow these steps:
- In Admin Center, click Billing > Subscription.
- Type this URL address in your URL bar and replace "{subdomain}" with your subdomain:
https://{subdomain}.zendesk.com/billing/manage_cancellation
- Click "Cancel your account".
Any data from the account will be deleted in accordance with our Data Deletion Policy.
