Is there a way to publish this outside helpcenter - probably a URL to share in product website

Hi Sreekumar,

If you are pertaining to iframe, unfortunately, it's not allowed.

It's still possible though if you will leverage our API and have the values displayed through custom scripting on your external website. Please take note that such implementation is outside our scope.

When using /satisfaction.json is there a way to filter the results to only return ratings from a particular group or groups (or exclude a group or groups)?

Hi James,

Although the group ID will always be displayed in the response, there is currently no way to filter it by group. The only available filters at this point are the ones indicated below:

Hope this helps.

I think you have provided a response referencing the API [https://developer.zendesk.com/api-reference/ticketing/ticket-management/satisfaction_ratings/]. The only data returned by satisfaction.json is a boolean figure representing positive or negative.
Unless I missed something, the API can not be used in the help centre as we would expose our credentials publicly.

@Sreekumar

The satisfaction.json appears able to be called from anywhere as I was able to test in a local file happily.
I would expect you can add this method to any site, best to quickly test to confirm and report back for the sake of the rest of the community.

Hi @James,

Sorry for that one.

You're correct that the API is not the one used for the Help Center. Unfortunately, there is still no option to have the groups filtered when you display public satisfaction statistics in the Help Center.
