Hi,

 

1. When will this be available outside signed-in end users? 

2. When will the quick answers results be available via API?

Since support can't help with EAP features, asking here for assistance.

We implemented the placeholder in our custom theme, updated it to API v3 and activated the generative search in the Guide settings, yet even when being logged in the generative answers are not shown at all - neither on the start page of our help center when entering a search string, nor on the search results page. Also tested it with the Copenhagen GitHub theme as explained in this documentation here, but wasn't working either.

Running out of ideas what's wrong, especially since it's not working with the Copenhagen one as well. The custom theme was tested in live, the Copenhagen in preview. Would the preview mode show the feature anyways?

Hi! Any update on when this will release for everyone? It is high time now-already neem waiting for almost a year now.

Philipp Metzdorf  the {{generative_answers}} helper is already available as part of the Copenhagen theme. Could you please check with the recent version of the Copenhagen theme? You have to use at least two words query for the generative search.

Tetiana Gron Following up on your response to Vineet Kharwar last May, any changes to reporting for generative search?

We have just turned it on and would like to evaluate how it works, but that will be difficult without knowing what customers are asking and how often they upvote/downvote an answer.

Any advice?

It has been 10 months since many of the questions were posted on this article. 

Is it still a requirement that users must be signed-in to be able to use the Gen AI?

We have Professional package for Guide and I've not been able to find any way

to add a Chat bot or Answer bot to assist users with the search. The native Search

capability in Guide is quite poor.
