Zendesk is pleased to announce some UI updates for the Triggers page in Admin Center.

What is changing?
Zendesk has updated the UI framework for the Triggers page. Functionally, nothing on the page has changed. However, labels, button styles, and other minor look-and-feel changes are present.
As part of this update, you can now save new ticket triggers as active or inactive, rather than exclusively saving all new triggers as active.

Why is Zendesk making this change?
This change brings the Triggers page into alignment with the style of other Admin Center pages, providing for a more consistent admin experience. It also improves our ability to continue to build and enhance trigger functionality in the future.
What do I need to do?
No action is required. This change is being automatically rolled out to all accounts.
