Carousels are a rich messaging type for displaying different options with a visual element. Each carousel can have up to ten cards.
You can set up the content of the carousels to be filled automatically based on chat visitor input by incorporating an API integration with your back-office systems.
To add a carousel to a dialogue
- Open the dialogue where you want to add a carousel.
- Click Add + icon, then select Carousel.
- Enter the parameters in the card fields:

Card title
-
Description
Requirements for each field depend on your CRM: Zendesk Chat, Sunshine Conversations, Freshchat, or Salesforce.

- Add as many as three buttons of the same type to the card, if you'd like.
You can't mix text buttons and buttons with external links in the same card.
- If you'd like to add a fallback block for users who don't interact with the carousel, click the Carousel block, then click Fallback in the settings on the right side.
