Hello ,

 

I am unable to reply to tickets sent via e-mail and these tickets come directly closed.

Is it possible to get information about this?

Maybe you have a trigger that close the ticket once is created. Could you share a screen capture with ticket events?

 

You can show ticket events following these steps
