Intent, language and sentiment missing from Intelligence panel

    Hello and sorry for the trouble.

    To get the intelligent triage enrichments (intent, language, sentiment), you must subscribe to Zendesk Advanced AI to get access to intelligent triage. It sounds like you have signed up for the EAP for the generative AI agent tools, but you do not currently have Advanced AI.
