The Zendesk Explore plans are:
- Explore Lite, features pre-built dashboards containing common business reports. Included free with Support Professional and Enterprise plans.
- Explore Professional, enables you to create and share your own reporting dashboards using sophisticated mathematical and statistical formulas. Available as a paid plan with Support Professional and Enterprise.
- Explore Enterprise, builds on Explore Professional with enterprise-level features like real-time reports and enhanced dashboard sharing. Available as a paid plan with Support Professional and Enterprise.

About the Explore Legacy plan
Viewing your plan type
Only account owners can view their plan subscription information. If you do not have permission to view the plan subscription, ask your account owner for the plan name.
