Hi Natalia Numa,

You may follow this guide on how you can add the translated article in your Guide: Localizing Help Center content. Please make sure that you already added your supported language in your Help Center. Once that is done, you can pull up any articles and select which language you will be adding a translation.

How about the Community Topics and descriptions?  Is there any way to add similar feature like in articles or support for dynamic content? Does this already exist?

Hi! Our help centre is EN-GB, we're looking to localise to EN-US, which would consist of very few content changes (variations to feature names etc.) I'm wondering if there is a way to duplicate all our documentation to this locale, as copying and pasting all the existing documentation (1000+ articles) does not seem feasible.
