How do I update the credit card on file?
Answer
Only the account owner can update billing information. If you are unsure of who the owner of your account is, see the article: Who is the owner of my account?
To change your payment method
- In any product, click the Zendesk Products icon () in the top bar, then select Admin Center.
- In Admin Center, click the Account icon () in the sidebar. Navigate to Billing > Payment.
This page shows your current Payment Method and Business details. Business details include the address where your business is physically located.
- Next to the Payment method, click Edit.
- Next to Payment method on file, click Change to enter your new payment information. You can choose Credit, debit card, or PayPal.
- Enter your payment information, then click Save.
Note: If you have a managed account, you will not see these options. Reach out to your account manager to make any changes to your billing settings.
