Question
Is there a limit to how many files my customers can attach to a ticket through the web form?
Answer
The web form utilizes linked attachments and as such, authenticated end-users can submit up to 500 attachment files and the size limitation for a single file is 50 MB, as described in this section: Attachment size limitations.
Unauthenticated end-users have a hard code limit of five attachments for each web form request as a spam prevention policy.
Note: Requests submitted anonymously may encounter attachment limitations.
For related information, see this article: Can I change the attachment size limit in ticket comments?

So the limit is 10, but when uploading - it says 20
But only 10 accepted
Could explain, please?

Our users are receiving an error as well, and are only able to upload 5 or fewer files (they happen to all be csv or xls files that are fairly small - definitely well below the 50 MB). I submitted a support ticket, but was hoping to find a resolution sooner than 1 - 2 business days.

If the end user were to login and submit the request while authenticated they'd be able to add as many attachments as they'd need. However, for spam prevention and security reasons, we hard code the limit of attachment on an anonymous request created via Help Center (contact form) to 5 attachments.
I hope this helps! Thank you!
