What do I do if I have duplicate events in Zendesk Sell's calendar and my external calendar? Why do I see two of the same calendar events? Why do I have duplicate meetings? Two people have both booked a meeting with the same person in Sell, why didn't I catch the duplicate meeting?

Delete duplicate appointments in Sell by following the steps in the article, Deleting appointments.
Duplicate appointments may occur for these reasons:
- A user might not have permission to see the appointment, so they created a duplicate event.
- Duplicate appointments can appear if you create an appointment outside of Sell as well as in your Sell account. The calendar integration will sync both appointments back and forth.
- If you change the default appointment calendar in Sell the existing appointments will not be deleted. If you recreated the appointments without waiting for the integration to sync, you may see duplicate events.
Tip: The calendar integration sync is not immediate. Wait at least 15 minutes to see updates to your calendar appointments.
