What do I do if I have duplicate events in the calendar in Zendesk Sell and my external calendar? Why do I see two of the same calendar events?

Delete duplicate appointments in Sell. See Deleting appointments.
Duplicate appointments can occur for these reasons:
- A user may not have permission to see an appointment that already exists, so they create a duplicate event
- You create the appointment both outside Sell and in your Sell account. The calendar integration syncs both appointments, so you see duplicates.
- If you change the default appointment calendar in Sell, the existing appointments stay. If you recreate the appointments before the integration syncs, you can see duplicate events.
Tip: The calendar integration does not sync immediately. Wait at least 15 minutes to see updates to your calendar appointments.
