I'm not sure which interface my Zendesk account is on. How can I easily find out if my account is on the Zendesk Agent Workspace?

You can use two interfaces in your Zendesk account:
To find out which interface your account has, open a ticket. The Zendesk Agent Workspace includes a context panel on the right side of the ticket.
The standard agent interface also has a context panel, but never on the right side of the ticket.
To check if your account has Agent Workspace, navigate to Admin Center > Workspaces > Agent tools > Agent workspace. If your account has Agent Workspace enabled, the Turn on Agent Workspace is checked.
Choose your Zendesk subdomain using the button below to go to the Agent Workspace settings page in your account.
