Why doesn't the To field of the followers email notifications show the requester's email address?
Answer
This is an expected behavior for notifications to followers. If you want to display the requester's email address in the notification, use Zendesk placeholders in the follower's email template. You can use placeholders to show the following information in the email body:
Name: {{ticket.requester.name}}
Email: {{ticket.requester.email}}
If you encounter the same issue in CC notifications, migrate to the new CC and followers experience.
