How to use macros to add tags on a ticket?

To add tags on a ticket using macros
- Create a new macro.
- Add a name.
- In the Actions section, click on the Type or select actions menu and select Add tags.
- On the right side, add tags separated by space:
- Click on the Create button at the bottom of the page to create the macro.
