Explore features a prebuilt Omnichannel routing queues - live monitoring dashboard that displays information about your omnichannel custom routing queues. This dashboard is available only if you’ve turned on omnichannel routing and created custom omnichannel routing queues.

Accessing the live queues dashboard
You can access the live queues dashboard in the Dashboards library.
To access the live performance dashboard
- In Explore, click the Dashboard icon (
) in the left sidebar.
- From the list of dashboards, select Omnichannel routing queues - live monitoring.
Understanding the live performance dashboard reports
The dashboard contains the report below. You can filter the report by Queues - Queue name and Queues - Group.

Are there plans to expand the customization options of this dashboard? For example, it would be nice to have a way to view the longest wait time in a queue rather than only the average.

Hi, omnichannel routing queues supports talk right? It's not shown on our dashboard at all.

Hi Christopher Sciaretta we have introduced the longest wait time in the queue metric as well as option to customize the table by hiding and showing columns. We plan to expand live queue reporting capabilities in 2025 so stay up to date with our announcements.
