Hi 1265029958790  we have introduced the longest wait time in the queue metric as well as option to customize the table by hiding and showing columns. We plan to expand live queue reporting capabilities in 2025 so stay up to date with our announcements.

Hi,  omnichannel routing queues supports talk right?  It's not shown on our dashboard at all.

Are there plans to expand the customization options for this dashboard? For example, it would be great if we could see the longest wait time in a queue rather than only the average.
