Issue symptoms
I connected an official WeChat account as part of the messaging social channels into my Zendesk account. Although I receive messages from my customers, the outbound messages display the error: Not delivered.
Resolution steps
After you add WeChat, inbound messages may come through without issues. However, Zendesk Sunshine Conversations won't be able to call the API to send outbound messages back to WeChat if the WeChat account is not verified.
