Zendesk is excited to announce that we are expanding language support for suggested first replies.
This announcement includes the following topics:
What is changing?
Agents will now receive suggestions for first replies in languages other than English, such as Danish, French, and Spanish. The full list of languages supported can be found here. The suggested reply will be based on the language of the end user.
Why is Zendesk making this change?
This update will help agents craft first replies in the languages of the end user.
What do I need to do?
No further action is required to enable additional language support for suggested first replies.
