Note that first you have to enable your help center in setup mode, before you can start creating content. This might already have been done for you, as part of the trial process.

Hi there

We are exploring zendesk for our ticketing platform as well as for creating a knowledgebase for our clients. 

I am unable to find the knowledgebase section where i can create my articles for the clients to see.

Can you help.
