Hello,
We've decided to disable comments in our Help Center. I would like to delete all past comments because we don't want to retain that customer data. What's the best way to do that?

The comments can be removed one by one unfortunately. You can follow the steps in the article Managing community posts under "To delete a comment". Another option is via Help Center API Delete Comment.
Would you mind posting your use case to our Feedback on Help Center (Guide) topic? We have a template you can copy and use in your post. This is to help get more visibility and votes on the idea. Then, others can share their use cases to further drive demand for that feature. Thanks!

Can someone tell me what subscriptions means? Subscriptions are mentioned in this article and appear in the last screenshot above and I've seen them on user profiles in Gather. I'm not sure what constitutes a subscription.
Thanks! Sam :)

Hi Samantha Sulser,
For both Guide and Gather, subscription means to follow. When you follow a community post, topic, article, or section, this means you have subscribed to it and you'll get an email notification whenever there is a new update. I'm sharing this article for reference. Hope this helps!
