You may want to change the name displayed on your help center. For example, your customers might be used to calling your content "Support, Help, and Tutorials," or "Documentation." The name doesn't affect the URL of the help center. The name of your help center appears in the footer of the standard Copenhagen theme.
If you have a localized help center, you can also change the name of your help center for other languages.
You must be a Guide admin to change the name of your help center.
To update the name of your help center for your default languages
- In Guide, click the Settings (
) icon in the sidebar, then select Language settings.
- Beside your default language, enter the name you want displayed for your help center in Help Center name.
- At the top of the settings page, click Save.
The new name appears on your help center.
To update the name of your help center for additional languages
- In Guide, click the Settings (
) icon in the sidebar, then select Language settings.
- Beside each language you've enabled, enter the name you want displayed for that localized help center in Help Center name.
Note: If you do not see additional languages here, then you have not set up your help center for multiple languages. For information, see Localizing help center.
- At the top of the settings page, click Save.
The new names appear on the localized versions of your help center.
