Question
I would like to export my requested tickets with Zendesk Customer Support for my personal records. How do I accomplish this?
Answer
To create your own PDF copy of a ticket from My Activities, follow these steps:
- Sign into the Zendesk help center
- Navigate to the My Requests section in the Zendesk Help Center for a list of all your historical tickets
- Click on a ticket you'd like to export
- From the file menu of your internet browser, choose Print
- Save or export the page as a PDF document
- Repeat steps 2 through 5 for any additional ticket as needed
For more information on viewing and tracking your existing tickets, see this article: Submitting and tracking tickets in the help center Customer Portal.

Is there anyway to export a list of tickets to excel? Is this functionality that is being looked into for future?
I have many customers who are requesting this functionality.

You can export a list of tickets to JSON, CSV, or XML files via `https://.zendesk.com/admin/account/tools/reports`
Please read more about it here -> Exporting ticket, user, or organization data from your account.
If you wish to have an excel file - please feel free to use any free online converter. You can search it as:
- CSV to XLSX
- JSON to XLSX
- XML to XLSX
Hope it helps

Thank you @... but that doesn't work for the end users who only have access to Guide. Is there anything in the works by Zendesk to enhance the End user experience to allow them to do a bulk export?
