I want to export my requested tickets with Zendesk Customer Support for my personal records. How do I accomplish this?
Answer
To create a PDF copy of your ticket from My Activities, follow these steps:
- Sign in to the Zendesk help center
- Click your profile icon in the upper-right corner of the page header, click My activities, and select Requests for a full list of your historical tickets
- Click on a ticket that you'd like to export
- From the file menu of your internet browser, select the print option
- Save or export the page as a PDF document
- Repeat steps 2 through 5 for any additional ticket as needed
