I want to export my requested tickets with Zendesk Customer Support for my personal records. How do I accomplish this?

Answer

To create a PDF copy of your ticket from My Activities, follow these steps:

  1. Sign in to the Zendesk help center
  2. Click your profile icon in the upper-right corner of the page header, click My activities, and select Requests for a full list of your historical tickets
  3. Click on a ticket that you'd like to export
  4. From the file menu of your internet browser, select the print option
  5. Save or export the page as a PDF document
  6. Repeat steps 2 through 5 for any additional ticket as needed
