How to change the name "Answer Bot" in the messaging Web Widget window?
Note: Initially, this option is only available for users who started a trial after November 2, 2021 and will be available for everyone by the end of January 2022.
To update a bot’s name
- In Admin Center, click the Channels icon () in the sidebar, then select Bots and automation > Bot.
- Hover over the bot you want to update and click Settings.
- In the General tab, enter your desired bot name under Name.
- Click Save.
