How can I change the name of my AI agent?

Follow the steps below to customize the name of the bot in the messaging widget.

To update the AI agent's name

  1. In Admin center, go to AI > AI agents > AI agents > Settings
  2. Click the name of the AI agent

  3. In the Settings tab, under Identity > Name, enter the new name for the AI agent
