How can I change the name of my bot in the messaging widget?

Follow the steps below to customize the name of the bot in the messaging widget.

To update a bot’s name

  1. In Admin Center, go to Channels() > Bots and automation > Bots > Conversation bots.
  2. Hover over the bot you want to update and click Edit.
  3. In the Settings tab, enter your desired bot name under Name.
