If you aren't sure which plan you're on or which add-ons you have, you can check them in the Zendesk Admin Center. You must be an admin or account owner to view subscription information for your account.
Viewing your plan or add-ons
To check your plan or add-ons manually
- In Admin Center, click Account in the sidebar, then select Billing > Subscription.
The Subscription page opens and displays your products, plans, and any add-ons.

- Click this button to select your subdomain and open your Subscription page (sign-in required).
Disclaimer: This button leads to a page for admins only. This option is limited to accounts where the default language is English. This experience might be blocked by ad blockers.
Getting more plan info
All current Zendesk plans and add-ons are represented in banners on articles. The functionality described in an article is supported by the plans or add-ons indicated in the banner.
If you do not see your plan on a plan banner, you might have a legacy plan. For information about functionality on legacy plans, see the articles for these areas:
